Hey guys, it’s Afif from HSAA. By the end of July, the rainy season is over in Hiroshima, and the school will soon have summer vacation. For me, it is time for bicycle touring around islands in Hiroshima. From the super famous Shimanami Kaido to Etajima, Tobishima route and Osakikamijima. Hiroshima Prefecture has many exciting routes for cyclists. An islands heaven indeed....

こんにちは皆さん、広島留学大使のアフィフです。私が3年前にここに初めて来たとき、広島のソールフードであるお好み焼きはあまり食べれませんでした。自分はイスラム教の教徒だから食べ物に関して制限があります。豚肉やアルコールなどは飲食禁止、そしてお祈りされたお食材、つまりハラルと言う許されている食材だけ飲食可能です。お好み焼きは豚肉がメインで、ソースも動物由来の成分が入っています。そのため食べることが困難でした。友達とお好み焼きに行くたびに、ソースと肉なしを注文するしかありません。 本当に悲しいお好み焼きです。 しかし、今年から広島駅の前でイスラム教徒に優しいお好み焼きと鉄板焼きのレストラン「銘々メイメイ」がオープンしました。 店主のふとしさんは、全てのメニューにハラル認証の材料を使用しています。ホルモンと赤み肉はすべてハラール認定和牛A5ランクです。 そして、広島にしかいない、隠された絶品のコウネ肉も提供しています。 広島に来たら、ぜひ銘々のハラルフードを食べてみてください。 https://www.facebook.com/okonomiyaki.meimei/
