Hi, I am Safi, HSAA Ambassador. This report is about a unique restaurant named Bateren, located near Higashihiroshima Shinkansen Station in Higashihiroshima City. The place is very scary.
It is situated on nearly at the top of the hill. The way to go up there is very beautiful. You will get to see the beauty of the golf course. It took us quite a while to find out the restaurant, coz it cant be seen from the road.
The view from the parking lot is awesome. If you go there, I am sure, you are going to be scared even if you don’t believe in ghosts. Starting from the parking lot, we heard sound of ghosts. Later, when we approached to enter the restaurant, we needed to have a brave heart, as the ghosts, skulls welcomed us surprisingly.
There are skulls, bones, snakes, scary things everywhere in the place. My wife was so scared that she barely could take anything. The menu of the restaurant is more like a coffee shop. the owner of the restaurant is very kind and interesting person. I was amazed by his service.
I strongly recommend everyone to visit this restaurant if you want to have a unique experience. For us, It was such a bone chilling one.
